Christmas Gospel Magic: The Original Golden Voices of Gospel

This Christmas season, a powerful “Hallelujah” will ring through the Kloosterkerk. The Original Golden Voices of Gospel bring authentic American gospel to The Hague. On 16, 17 and 18 December 2026, the African-American ensemble from the United States will perform at the centuries-old church on the Lange Voorhout – a unique chance to experience these voices live.

Led by the charismatic Reverend Dwight Robson, these professional singers have been bringing gospel and spirituals to stages across Europe for more than twenty years. They have shared the stage with André Rieu – whom they joined on a world tour as special guests – “King of Pop” Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Bonnie Tyler and many others.

Expect an atmospheric, heartwarming Christmas programme of beloved holiday hits, timeless spirituals and gospel classics such as “Oh Happy Day”, “Go Down Moses” and “When the Saints”, infused with blues, jazz and soul. Chances are that at the very first “Hallelujah” you won’t be able to keep still and will find yourself softly singing along with the choir. Beneath the Gothic vaults, a magical Christmas atmosphere unfolds, full of light, warmth and hope.

Experience the magic of the holidays – the gospel way!
